Hawaii Real Estate BROKER Prelicensing Course
If you have been a licensed real estate agent in Hawaii for three years, you are eligible for your Brokers License. To get started, take the online self paced class (do at your own schedule) or take the Instructor led course which includes three weeks of live classes plus homework done through the online portal.
To complete the course, students MUST pass their online chapter quizzes and pass their exam with a 75% or higher. Students can retake their exams if they do not pass through the online portal.
